During my last year of university, I decided to write my dissertation on how to use AI as a designer. AI has been a heavily discussed topic with divided views, particularly with designers. I conducted research into ethical use as well as how to use AI in small increments throughout the design process. Seeing AI as a tool for creating rather than a replacement of the artist was emphasised throughout the paper. I have created a condensed down version in the form of a booklet. It aims to provide a brief understanding and guide for non-techy designers when getting started with AI.
